Pieter de Rijcke is Chairman of the Advisory Board. He is also the Chairman of De Hoge Dennen, the investment fund of the De Rijcke family. He is involved in several philanthropic foundations and social investment activities and was one of the founding members of The Owls Foundation.
Leo Beulen is Chairman of the Board. He is also a director of the Stichting Open Nederland and a member of the Supervisory Board of Koninklijke Defensie Musea. He is a retired Lieutenant General of the Dutch Armed Forces and was Commander of the Army till his retirement in 2019.
Johanna Noom is Treasurer and Secretary of the Board and Programme Manager. She has a vast experience in both profit and non-profit organisations. She was also responsible for the project management of the Breakthrough books.
Henk van den Breemen, former Chairman, is General Advisor. He is a former Chief of Defence of the Netherlands. He modernised and professionalised the Dutch armed forces after the fall of the Berlin Wall. He has a vast experience in the development of strategies for innovation both in the army and in the business world. He is the final editor of the Breakthrough series.
