Health care needs to be innovated and VitaValley was aware of the importance of innovating the sector when the asked The Owls for help. But how? How do you successfully implement innovations and improve health care? How do you form product alliances? What must professionals be capable of to develop such a process? How do you maximise the impact of innovations? VitaValley wanted to benefit from The Owls' knowledge and experience to find answers to these questions. The Owls Breakthrough Method© as described in our Breakthrough publications, combined with strategic advice from The Owls, resulted in a coherent plan to successfully develop and implement innovations in health care. Each step was recorded and illustrated using two or more tools. The toolbook is meant to be used by managers, policy makers, employees and professionals who want to make sure their health care innovations have impact.
