‘We struggle with the proper execution of our innovations for quite some time now. How can you help us?’ We immediately and enthusiastically went to work to answer this question.
First we explained to a representative group of employees our way of thinking about how to approach a customers’ question – the process from problem to integrated solution. During this introduction about our way of working, discussion soon led to the real issue: the ‘why’. It clearly needed another session.
During this group session, all team members completed The Owls Quick Scan© which was later discussed by all. Based on this brief analyses, the most important quick wins and areas for improvement could be identified; the customer now had clear insight in how to work on the desired impact.
